Shipping Information: WE HAVE FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDER OF $75 OR MORE!!!! Free Shipping applies to standard ground shipping and only in the continental United States.

International, air, express, and Hawaii, Alaska and US territories, regular shipping rates apply.

Most of our orders are shipped UPS and USPS, although some of the larger items (table tennis table for example) are shipped freight. In most cases, expect your order in 5 – 7 business days, unless otherwise notified.



REFUNDS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS

We here at Marcy’s Marketplace want you to be a happy, satisfied customer, and we will do everything in our power to insure that.

1. CANCELLATIONS. Once you place an order you can cancel with in 2 business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays) You may cancel the following ways

A. By Phone (904) 677-0506 Mon-Fri 9:00 A. M. – 5:00 P. M. B. By E-mail at cust_care@marcysmarketplace.com please enter cancellation in the subject line.

2. REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

A. If your merchandise come to you with shipping damage, please contact the shipper and file for a refund with them.

B. If the product arrives with defect, missing parts or damage not from shipping, please E-mail at www.cust_care@marcysmarketplace.com in the subject line please enter the nature of the problem and briefly describe Or call us at (904) 677-0506 Mon-Fri 9:00 A. M. – 5:00 P. M. We will send you an authorization number and an address on where to send the product.

C. If the product has no defects and you still wish to exchange it or get a Refund, Please E-mail at www.cust_care@marcysmarketplace.com in the subject line please enter the nature of the problem and briefly describe or call us at (904) 677-0506 Mon-Fri 9:00 A. M. – 5:00 P. M within 14 days of receiving the product. We will send you an authorization number and an address on where to send the product. We will charge a 10% restocking fee.

We will not accept any request for a refund or replacement without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the rate to upgrade Shipping as needed both internationally and domestically. This can be done at purchaser expense or ours as seen fit.
